Data You Provide
The search forms on this site send what you enter, such as a name, phone number, or address, to the third-party search provider that returns the results. We do not store a copy of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to reply.
Data Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records ordinary server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to keep the site stable and understand which pages are useful. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
We use the data described above to operate the site, troubleshoot problems, measure traffic, and improve pages. We do not sell visitor lists. We do not build individual user profiles from your visits.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to government portals, Los Angeles County and California records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each outside site has its own privacy policy, and data you submit there is governed by that site's rules, not ours. Sponsored search results are also provided by a third-party company.

Service providers that host and support this site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How Data Is Protected
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because this site does not offer user accounts, there is no site password or profile of yours stored here.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live and how a business is covered, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain personal data. For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, Civil Code section 1798.100 et seq., provides privacy rights against covered businesses, and California's data broker and Delete Act provisions appear in Civil Code section 1798.99.80 et seq. California also has Safe at Home, an address confidentiality program under Government Code section 6205 et seq. Because we hold almost nothing, most requests are narrow: we can search our contact mailbox and server logs and remove what we find. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Cudahy, Los Angeles County, or California offices are outside our control; removal requests for those records go to the custodian office.
